PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a water-proof plug from being damaged by an edge part when inserted into a terminal insertion part of a terminal, and to preclude workability for terminal assembling work from being reduced. SOLUTION: This connector 19 is provided with a housing body 21 having plural terminal storing chambers, plural terminal insertion parts 23, 23 formed in the housing body 21, and inserted respectively with terminals 5 of which each has a water-proof plug 3, plural common wall parts 25 for partitioning a neighboring space of the terminal insertion parts 23, 23, and tapered faces 27 provided respectively in opening edges of the insertion parts 23, 23, and the maximum diametric parts 39 of the tapered faces 27 in the adjacent insertion parts 23, 23 are brought at least into contact on the common wall part 25, in the connector 19. Damage preventing parts 29, 30 are provided in a portion where the tapered faces 27, 27 of the adjacent terminal insertion parts 23, 23 on the common wall part 25 are brought into contact, so as to prevent the damage on the water-proof plug 3 when the terminals 5 are inserted into the insertion parts 23, 23. |
