PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that an expensive memory for recording an identification code is required on a terminal side and on a reception side and it is troublesome in terms of costs. SOLUTION: A terminal 3 is provided with a CPU 11 in the inside, and a free-running counter 15 is provided inside the CPU 11. A reception part 4 is provided with a nonvolatile memory 10. The count of the free-running counter 15 is started when power is supplied, and when the input device 12 of the terminal 3 is operated for the first time, a count value by the point of time is held as the identification code. The identification code is recorded in a RAM area inside the terminal 3, also transmitted to the reception part 4 and recorded in the nonvolatile memory 10. |
