PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a program reproducing device in which desired portions of video/audio information recorded on a disk type information recording medium are finely specified and reproduced. SOLUTION: The device is provided with an inputting means which specifies the numbers of blocks and groups and the corresponding reproducing segments by corresponding numerals and time, a memory 16 which stores the data from the inputting means as reservation data, a display means 11 which displays information to successively specify the numbers of the blocks and the groups and the corresponding reproducing segments during reproducing reservation of the video/audio information and a controlling means 17 which controls the means 11 and the memory 16 to store the input data specified in accordance with the display contents in the memory 16 and to reproduce the specified intervals of the specified numbers based on the reservation data of the memory 16.
