PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a step-down power-supply circuit in which the occurrence of a V shape characteristic of output voltage VDC due to variation of power voltage VCC can be prevented. SOLUTION: A first output circuit 2 generates output voltage based on the threshold voltage of NMOS transistors 12-14 diode-connected in a first voltage generating circuit 4, while a second output circuit 3 generates output voltage based on threshold voltage of NMOS transistors 22-25 diode-connected in a second voltage generating circuit 8. Thereby, VPC being a value of power voltage VCC at the time of stop of output from the first output circuit 2 becomes not more than VNC being a value of power voltage VCC when a gate of a NMOS transistor 9 is clamped at the sum of threshold values of the NMOS transistors 12-14.
