PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a surface acoustic wave device that can effectively suppress the effect of a parasitic impedance component due to a ground connection structure among SAW filters so as to ensure a stable characteristics. SOLUTION: Only the ground external terminals 45, 46 opposed to each other and placed at a position of dividing each of SAW filter elements 1, 2 among ground external terminals 45-48 are electrically connected to a metallic cover 6 at the outside of a package 3 and also connected to a high impedance part of ground conduction films 51, 52.
