PURPOSE: An air ejection and suction type meat roaster is provided to allow a user to eat meat in an agreeable conditions without smoke by easily inhaling various smokes generated when meat is roasted on a grill. CONSTITUTION: An air ejection and suction type meat roaster includes a combustion part(A), an inhale space(2), a filtering part(15), and an ejection part(B). The combustion part burns charcoal by the air induced from a lower portion of a charcoal case(8) located in the center of a device body(1). The inhale space inhales combustion gas into the device body. The filtering part(15) forcedly inhales and filters combustion gas of the inhale space. The ejection part(B) is connected to the filtering part and eject the air upwardly from the grill put on the device body through an air ejection path(9) of a hollowed pipe shape.
