PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a nonaqueous secondary battery with a high capacity in which little decrease in battery capacity is caused by a charging and discharg ing cycle. SOLUTION: In a nonaqueous secondary battery having a positive electrode, a negative electrode and nonaqueous electrolyte, the negative electrode is created by forming a negative electrode mix layer, which includes at least negative electrode active material and binder, on at least one surface of a negative electrode collector, and the binder is formed of crosslinked material made from earboxyl group containing polymer and crosslinking material containing more than one epoxy groups, which can react with the carboxyl group, in the molecule thereof. The polymer is preferably fluororesin, which contains carboxyl group, and the crosslinking material including more than one epoxy groups is preferably glycidyl amine. |
