PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To construct a high frequency amplifier which can follow the variation of envelops of high frequency signals and has sufficient amounts of saturated power and is efficient. SOLUTION: Providing: a dividing means 3 for dividing high frequency signals inputted via an input terminal 1 in two, a main amplifying means 4 which is connected with one output of the dividing means 3 to amplify high frequency signals from the dividing means 3, a secondary amplifying means 5 which is connected with the other output of the dividing means 3 to amplify high frequency signals from the dividing means 3 in the case of a large instantaneous power while not operating in the case of a small instantaneous power of high frequency signals, a circulator 6 for injecting high frequency signals amplified by the secondary amplifying means 5 into the output of the main amplifying means 4 and injecting high frequency signals amplified by the main amplifying means 4 into an output terminal 2.
