PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an oscillation circuit that can stably oscillate a signal and can operate even when power supply voltage is low. SOLUTION: When a differential transistor(TR) Q11 is conductive, the voltage at a point A being the base of a differential TR Q12 reaches a voltage of V1-R11*I12, and when a differential TR Q11 is conductive, the voltage at the point A reaches a voltage of V1-R11*(I11+I12). When the differential TR Q12 is conductive, a TR Q14 is conductive, the voltage at the point A is decreased, a capacitor C1 is charged, and when differential TR Q11 is conductive, the TR Q14 is not conductive, the capacitor C1 is discharged to increase the voltage at the point A. When the voltage at the point A reaches a voltage at a point B, the ON/OFF state of the differential TRs Q11, Q12 is switched over and the oscillation circuit oscillates a signal. The width of the switching voltage is R11*I11 and this is independent of the power supply voltage and the characteristic of the TRs.
|
