<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize an image transmission system, capable of reducing data losses such as packet loss, and to realize efficient system operation. SOLUTION: An encoded data transmitting part 107 is provided with a delay generating part 105 for delaying and outputting packet data, and a delay time is set by the delay generating part 105, so that a prescribed transmitting time interval can be set in the packet data. Therefore, since the respective packet data can be transmitted with at least not less than a preliminarily decided prescribed interval, transmission of the packets with the extremely short transmission interval can be suppressed, and to reduce any data loss at a reception side.</p> |
