PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a TDMA wireless communication unit that causes no inter-slot interference even in the case of communication with a distance in excess of a guard time by transmitting incoming signals from terminals in deviated transmission timings. SOLUTION: In the wireless communication unit that adopts the time division multiple access system where a transmission slot and a reception slot are repeated at a prescribed interval for wireless communication with a base station unit, the wireless communication unit has a storage means (28) that stores information relating to the distance up to the base station unit and synchronization means (a CPU 27 and a clock section 26) that synchronize transmission signals to the base station unit on the basis of the information relating to the stored distance.
