PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a telephone-call receiving and processing system, wherein the enhancement of a service is realized by reducing a load applied to a user, a support service must be paid for, the addition of an added value is realized and a support-service processing operation is made efficient. SOLUTION: That a receiving operation is difficult at present is reported to the call origin of a telephone call, which is reached when a plurality of telephone terminals are all busy, and a notice which urges the registration of the telephone number of the call origin of the telephone call is sent out. When the telephone number of the call origin of the telephone call is registered, it is stored. When any one among the plurality of telephone terminals is changed to a standby state from the state that it is busy, the stored telephone number of the call origin is called automatically.
