PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that cracks or the like frequency occur in a coil bobbin for increasing the occurrence of non-confirming articles, since delicate deformation generated in the forming machining of the coil bobbin and stress when pres-fitting the terminal pin cannot be absorbed fully, when pres- fitting a number of terminal pins simultaneously from both the surfaces of the coil bobbin to the miniaturized coil bobbin such as a transformer with one-stroke operation by the conventional terminal pin pres-fit device. SOLUTION: The operation for press-fitting the terminal pin is performed by a plurality of processes, using the press-fitting process of first terminal pins 21 and 22 for press-fitting the terminal pin to one side surface of a bobbin 10, and the pres-fit process of second terminal pins 23 and 24 for press-fitting the first terminal pin to the other side surface of the bobbin, where no terminal pins are press-fitted by a press-fit process; thus fully absorbing stress, when press-fitting the terminal pin even to a compact coil bobbin where delicate deformation or the like occurs in forming machining, and preventing cracks or the like from occurring in the coil bobbin.
