PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To economically and efficiently execute a charging process by using customers or using departments for executing a connected copy, using a plurality of image forming apparatuses. SOLUTION: Upon setting of a connected copy mode of transferring picture information read from manuscripts by a plurality of image forming apparatuses 10a, 10b,..., 10n, 20a,... to other image forming apparatus to thereby execute a connected copy operation for sharing an image forming, a connected copy instruction including key information (customer codes or department codes) inputted to corresponding key card apparatus (individual managing apparatus) is transmitted through a connected I/F 1 to other image forming apparatus, thereby executing a connected copy operation. The other image forming apparatus which has received the copy instruction sends key information in the copy instruction to corresponding key card apparatus, and the key card apparatus which has received the key information stores using information associated with the received key information in a memory, when receiving the using information from corresponding image forming apparatus. |
