PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the diagnostic performance for time base subtracted images. SOLUTION: This processor is provided with a reference setting means 11 for setting a shoulder PK whose time base change is estimated to be small for the time base subtracted images Ps1 and Ps2 inputted from a subtraction processor 20 which makes subtraction on two original images being the target of comparison reading obtained in different periods as for the same object and a subtracting means 12 for processing the respective subtracted images Ps1 and Ps2 so that the mean density of the shoulder PK set by the reference setting means 11 can be set as a preliminarily set prescribed value T.
