PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a data writing/reading system which is capable of reading and writing data for laminated first to 1M-th IC card. SOLUTION: The antenna 27 of an IC card receives a transmission writing signal and a transmission pulse signal from a writer/reader 11, and generates a reception writing signal and a reception pulse signal. A controller 34 writes the reception writing signal as data in a storage device 33, and reads the data from the storage device in response to only a normal power. A state controller 36 sets a low power mode when the number of counts of a count signal generated by counting the pulses of the reception pulse signal is not equal to the random number of a random number signal from a random number generating device 35, and sets a normal power mode in the other case. A power supply controller 37 applies the low power to the controller in the low power mode, and supplies the normal power to the controller in the other case. |
