PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a radio base station wherein the accuracy of judgment of acceptability of spatial multiplexing is enhanced and the quality of communication between radio base station and mobile station is consistently ensured. SOLUTION: A radio base station 100 is a radio base station that communicates with a plurality of mobile stations. Based on an index indicating the communication quality of a mobile station requesting new establishment of a link channel to be stored in an information storage portion 90, a control portion 80 decides whether to communicate between the mobile station and a mobile station already in communication by spatial multiplexing. If the control portion decides that spatial multiplexing should be used, the control portion communicates between the mobile station and the mobile station already in communication by special multiplexing. |
