PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable member registration of a credit card with a cash back service function on a network. SOLUTION: When application for the member registration of the credit card is accepted from a PC terminal 3 of a user at a service site 2, an application acceptance server 24 processes the application by performing interactive communications with the user. The application acceptance server makes the user specify affiliated stores from which the cash back service is received and determines annual membership fees of the user according to the number of the specified affiliated stores. As for specification of the affiliated stores, whether individual registration of the affiliated stores or registration in block by places is selected. A charged amount determination server 25 of the service site 2 determines the charged amount to the user by receiving a card number, an affiliated store registration number and the sale amount from an affiliated store terminal 4 and determines the charged amount by taking off the sale amount when the cash back service function is added to the card and in the case of the specified affiliated store. A bill is distributed to the user by electronic mail. |
