PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tenant with sales promotion information connected directly to the improvement of operational efficiency. SOLUTION: This device is provided with a past sales results database 120 for storing the respective pieces of past sales results information of a plurality of Internet shops while associating the respective pieces of the past sales results information with merchandise classifications, a tenant information database 210 for storing the respective pieces of sales promotion information of the plurality of the Internet shops, and an update controlling part 44 for retrieving Internet shops whose past sales results are in a higher rank from the database 120 with merchandise classification handled by an Internet shop as a key, when the Internet shop is newly opened, subsequently retrieving the sales promotion information from the database 210 with these retrieval results as a key and notifying the new tenant of the sales promotion information being the retrieval results. |
