<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a parking managing system, with which both a user and an operator can perform convenient and efficient parking operation and management by applying a communication infrastructure to the parking managing system, concerning efficient parking on a toll road or operation/management of a pay parking lot. SOLUTION: A parking information managing center 1 has a central management control part 2, a PDU control part 3, a communication control part 4, an automatic response processing part 5b and a rate management control part 6 or the like, and is connected to each of PDUs 1-3. Also, the paring information managing center 1 is connected via a public communication line network 9 to the portable terminal equipment, such as portable telephone of the user and receives setting of parking registration or notice of parking time and further, a communication dealer substitutively collects utilization rates. Thus, rates can be collected easily congestion in the entrance/exit of the parking lot is r educed as well, and illegal parking on the road can be reduced as well.</p> |
