<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a durable socket for inspecting a display panel, capable of handling multiple circuits and complying with a fine pitch. SOLUTION: An insulation film 8 is formed in a predetermined position, in which a conductive pattern 5 and a contact 4 are formed, on a flexible wiring board 2, and a connecting aperture 9 is formed in a predetermined position on the conductive pattern 5 and the contact 4. A circuit pattern is formed when the conductive pattern 5 and the contact 4 are connected together via the connecting aperture 9 by means of a conductor 7 formed by vapor deposition.</p> |
