FLUORORESIN PRINTED BOARD AND ITS MANUFACTURING METHOD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fluororesin printed board in which an unevenness of dielectric characteristics (a dielectric constant and a dielectric loss tangent) with excellent reliability of through-holes. SOLUTION: A method for manufacturing the fluororesin printed board comprises the steps of forming a mixed nonwoven fabric 1 in which fluororesin short fibers 1a and inorganic short fibers 1b are random oriented in lateral and longitudinal directions of two directions by papermaking, and fusion bonding the fluororesin short fibers by heat treating. The method further comprises the steps of forming the fusion bonded fibers as an insulating layer and heat press bonding copper foils 2 on the layer.
