PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wireless relay exchange and an information recording medium that can improve the utilizing efficiency of communication channels and enhance the communication efficiency. SOLUTION: One communication channel accommodates mobile terminals PS1-PSn (through relay switching by 1 to n) to process call transmission reception. The mobile terminals PS1-PSn process the call transmission reception in a minimum standby time respectively. A call processing control section CT1 captures a terminal number from the mobile terminals PS1-PSn to a public mobile channel network 1 and a public telephone number of a destination through a private wireless communication section TRX2 and a memory ME1 stores the numbers for control of the transmission to the public telephone number of the destination. At the arrival of a call to a specific terminal among the mobile terminals PS1-PSn from the public mobile channel network 1, the call reaches the terminal number stored in the memory ME1 through the private wireless communication section TRX2.
