PURPOSE: An organic electroluminescence display panel is provided to maximize light emitting efficiency, by forming an anti-wave guiding layer to intercept and collect wave-guided light. CONSTITUTION: Grooves having a predetermined depth are formed at regular intervals in a substrate(11). The anti-wave guiding layer(13) is formed in a region where the grooves are formed. The first electrode(17) is formed on the entire surface of the substrate. An isolation wall(19) is formed on the anti-wave guiding layer. An organic electroluminescence layer(23) and the second electrode(25) are sequentially formed on the isolation wall and the first electrode.
