PURPOSE: An atlas composed of each map successively connected with another map of next page is provided to help a user to easily find a desired road and a place name, and to improve the convenience of carrying thereof. CONSTITUTION: A large map is provided with parallel horizontal folding lines, parallel vertical folding lines, and a narrow attachment surfaces(17a,17b,17c,17d,17e,17f,17g) formed along the upper and lower edges. First, the large map folded inward and outward repeatedly in turn on the basis of the horizontal folding lines, and then secondarily folded inward and outward repeatedly in turn on the basis of the vertical holding lines. After completing folding work, the large map is cut along one of vertical folding lines folded outwardly. In a state that the upper and lower horizontal folding lines are attached, the four narrow attachment surfaces located at four corners are opened up and down so as to be attached to the upper end of a cover sheet(10), and at the same time, the remaining attachment surfaces are attached with adjacent next attachment surface respectively to construct the atlas that each map is successively connected with adjacent map of next page.
