GENETIC STUDY

Method of performing an association study comprising obtaining information about (i) genetic polymorphisms and (ii) phenotypes which are present in a sample population, performing a haplotype analysis on the genetic polymorphism information to deduce the haplotypes present in the population, and performing a statistical analysis to detect a correlation between the phenotypes and the deduced haplotypes, thereby determining whether there is an association between the polymorphisms and the phenotypes.
