<p>Apoptosis inhibitors, remedies for Sjoegren syndrome and remedies for dry eye which contain, as the active ingredient, N,N'-bis[5-(3,4,5-trimethoxyphenyl)-4-pentenyl]homopiperazine, its acid addition salts or hydrates thereof. Because of having en excellent effect of inhibiting apoptosis, the above compound is useful in remedies for Sjoegren syndrome (dry eye, dry mouse), keratoconjuntival damages, etc.</p> |
