<p>The present invention disclose a new polypeptide- human double-stranded RNA binding protein 11, the polynucleotide encoding it and a method producing the polypeptide by DNA recombinant technology. The present invention further disclose a method with the peptide for treating various disorders, e.g., protein metabolism disorder etc.. The present invention also disclose an antagonist of the polypeptide and its therapeutic action.
