The invention relates to a novel aqueous dispersion, comprising at least one polymer that comprises, on the statistical average, (i) at least one primary and/or secondary carbamate group, (ii) at least one functional group with at least one group that comprises a bond that can be activated by actinic radiation, and (iii) at least one disperse ionic functional group. The invention further relates to methods for producing said aqueous dispersion and to its use in the production of coating agents, adhesives and sealing agents that can be cured by heat or by actinic radiation, as well as to novel coating agents, adhesives and sealing agents that contain or consist of the novel aqueous dispersion.
