The invention relates to a safety case for discs (1) formed by two box parts (2, 3), which are designed with elements (13, 14) enabling temporary retention thereof after one of the parts (2) has been folded on top of the other part (3) or vice versa in the portion (7) of material articulating said parts. The case is suitable for ensuring that the disc contained therein has not bee accessed before being purchased.
