A parking brake device of a working vehicle, wherein a brake releasing device is installed between a transmission controller controlling the operation of a transmission and a clutch, the pressure oil fed from a hydraulic pressure source to the clutch is led also to an accumulator for the brake releasing device, the pressure oil from the clutch is collected to a tank and the transmission acts as a parking brake when an engine is stopped and the pressure oil stored in the accumulator is kept stored therein, and the pressure oil stored in the accumulator is fed to the clutch when an electromagnetic selector valve for the brake releasing device is driven by a switch operation inside a cabin, whereby the parking brake can be released easily.
