The invention concerns a liquid mycelium composition comprising a water and powder xanthan solution mixed with solid mycelium, the solid mycelium being obtained by culturing mycelium stems in a mixture comprising a porous and friable mineral with neutral pH, mixed with brown peat. The invention also concerns a method for making mycelium liquid, a device for making mycelium and use of liquid mycelium.
