Materials that various fields have are collected to create a database having a know-how structure comprising a step (S1) of sorting words by name, storing knowledge words having attributes of restrictions such as the names of sorting, types of names, sizes, and ranges taken on and having values of the names, and creating a knowledge word dictionary, a step (S2) of subjecting input information to word decomposition/document analysis by using the knowledge word dictionary, and creating a set of element units having a know-how structure comprising attributes or names and values adapted to enable reference to the attributes in the knowledge word dictionary, and a step (S5) of storing knowledge data which has a know-how structure and to which IDs are imparted in a knowledge database. A predetermined number of words retrieved a large number of times are taken out and recorded rewritably in a habit cache memory. When an access for search of the database is made, the habit cache memory may be first searched.
