PURPOSE: A horse racing home trading system using the Internet is provided to relay a race through the Internet for a user to watch a race continuing at a racecourse in real time by making a user select a camera of desired angle. CONSTITUTION: The system comprises a racecourse server(10) connecting to the terminals(15) installed in a racecourse and integrally managing the issuance of a pari-mutuel ticket, the calculation of dividend rate and the payment of dividend, a data transmitting server(20) transmitting the data inputted/outputted through the Internet in order to link with the racecourse server, an application server(30) paying the dividend and drawing the money of pari-mutuel ticket issuance through an online payment system, a database(35) storing the data of Internet user accessed through the application server and the history of dividend payment, an encoding server(40) converting an image signal inputted from a plurality of cameras(45) into a digital signal, a media server(50) transmitting the encoded image data through the Internet and outputting the image data of selected camera, and a user computer(60) executing a home trading through the Internet.
