摘要 The invention relates to a method for producing inorganic nanoparticles that can be fluoresced, said nanoparticles consisting of at least one host material that comprises a dopant. The synthesis with organic solvents according to the invention allows substantially improved yields as compared to the water synthesis known from the art. Articles of any kind can be advantageously labeled and reliably authenticated by means of automated methods on the basis of their characteristic emissions. Owing to the narrower size distribution of the nanoparticles produced, size separation is no longer required.
