The invention relates to a method for distributing signaling data on transmission channels in a mobile radio system, whereby a transmission channel can be uniquely stipulated and is determined in the form of time slots at least by a TDMA multiple access component. A stipulated number of time slots forms a time frame, which is periodically repeated, and signaling data, which is provided in the form of signaling blocks of a fixed length, can be assigned to each transmission channel. Frame numbers (SFN1...SFNa) are determined as initial points of time of a transmission of signaling blocks in such a manner that the initial points of time of the signaling blocks are, in essence, uniformly distributed over the length of a signaling block.
