PURPOSE: A Zn-Fe alloy electroplated steel sheet is provided which not only prevents exfoliation of a plating layer due to cracks during processing of an electroplated steel sheet but also has superior forming and protection properties of a base steel sheet, and a manufacturing method of the Zn-Fe alloy electroplated steel sheet is provided. CONSTITUTION: The Zn-Fe alloy electroplated steel sheet(20) comprises a pure galvanizing layer(23) which is formed on the surface of a base steel sheet(15); and a Zn-Fe alloy plating layer(22) which is formed on the pure galvanizing layer(23). In manufacturing a Zn-Fe alloy electroplated steel sheet by continuously passing a base steel sheet through the electroplating vessels in a Carosel type electroplating system equipped with at least two or more of n units of electroplating vessels, the manufacturing method of the Zn-Fe alloy electroplated steel sheet is characterized in that pure galvanizing is performed by passing the base steel sheet through No. 1 or No. 2 to No. n-1 electroplating vessels containing a pure galvanizing solution out of electroplating vessels through which the base steel sheet continuously passes; and Zn-Fe alloy plating is performed by passing the base steel sheet through remaining electroplating vessels containing a Zn-Fe alloy plating solution.
