ELECTRONIC UNIT HAVING STACKED MODULES AND METHOD FOR PRODUCING THE SAME

PURPOSE: An electronic unit and a method for manufacturing the same are provided to significantly reduce design cost for stack interfaces and to simply assure addressing of each component. CONSTITUTION: The electronic unit has the stacked components. Each component has a chip(C1-Cn) mounted on the stack interface(Z1-Zn). The stack interfaces(Z1-Zn) have the same layout, and chip selection circuits(A1-An) which are non-reversibly adjustable are formed on the chips via contact regions(CS1-CSn,CS11-CSnn). The contact regions(CS1-CSn,CS11-CSnn) are allocated to the stack interfaces by the chip select circuits.
