When individual information is sent from a user terminal (10), an authentication server (30) ciphers the individual information through a first cipher and sends it to the user terminal to allow the user terminal to store it therein. When an order of transaction by the user terminal is received over the Internet (20) through the ordered company, the authentication server (30) instructs the user terminal to confirm the content of the transaction and to send the ciphered individual information to the authentication server, deciphers the received information ciphers the information through a second cipher, and sends the individual information ciphered through the second cipher to a settlement server (40).
