<p>The invention discloses a epitope vaccine for calssical swine fever, comprises at least one epitope peptide, conjugated to carrier protein or carrier peptide forming conjugates and each having mono-epitope repeated at least once or multi-epitopes repeated at leasdt once, said epitope(s) selected from neutralizing epitope on envelope protein E2 of calssical swine fever virus and mutation epitope. Method for preparing said vaccine against classical swine fever comprises: (1) synthetizing at least one peptide, each having neutralizing mono-epitope or multi-epitopes or mutation epitope, said epitope deriving from envelope protein E2 of classical swine fever virus, repeating at least once; (2) conjugating to carrier forming conjugates respectively; (3) formulating said conjugates with adjuvant forming vaccine. This present vaccine can effectively deal with mutation of classical swine fever virus, thus having widely economic and social benefit.</p> |
