This invention refers to a tensioning finial for wire or steel cable, which acts maintaining in a permanent way the desired or required tension in cables of aerial running with steel guide, the same as steel tie-rods from ground to post. The object of this invention is to provide a type of constant tension, completely different to the ones now on the market, due to a new internal construction whose main characteristic is that it brings together various advantages common finials do not have.
