<p>Preparations for oral administration efficacious in treating patients with erectile dysfunction which contain as the active ingredient a drug showing a decrease in the solubility in neutral and alkaline regions and having a cGMP-specific phosphodiesterase inhibitory effect, wherein an acidic substance is employed to promote the release of the drug in the digestive tract and thus the drug effect can be expressed at the early stage after the administration.</p> |
