<p>The invention concerns an assembly for turning and displacing fermentable waste. Said assembly comprises in particular a mobile bridge (5) set on two support rails (2, 3), a turning tool (7) comprising two counter-rotating rotors (12), each equipped with waste gripping means (15), a main carriage (6) arranged on the bridge (5), a waste discharge belt (9). Said assembly is characterised in that the centres of the loading rotor (12) arranged along two parallel axes X and Y, are linked to the bridge (5) with two adjustable arms (13, 14) enabling them to be inclined between 35° and 55° relative to the horizontal. The means (15) are randomly or uniformly arranged over the entire length of the rotors (12).</p> |
