A method for fabricating a rotary electrical DC-machine in which a rotor is rotatably mounted in a stator, the latter being equipped with a number of main poles. The axial coil ends (4A) of the main coils (4) are provided with an externally tapering cross-section (W), in which the coil ends receive an extended radially narrow shape, relative to the remaining parts of the coil, and/or the axial coil ends (4A') of the main coil (4) are provided as an extension or as an alternative, and are radially curved outwards i.e. the direction away from the center of the stator (1). |
