Table has support base (18), elevating device (20) cradle (55) and table plate (80), rotatable about axis (78), for workpieces to be transported. Cradle is displaceable w.r.t base (18). Pneumatic bellows (36) is located between support base and cradle. Guide support base (18) for table (1) is formed by base plate (2), guide side plates (14,15) and guide roller (16). Cradle base plate (25) and flange plate (35), limiting plates (50,51) and guide tracks (52) form elevating cradle (55), free from play and displaceable in vertical direction (19). Cradle is moved vertically by pneumatic bellows (36) arranged below it. Journal bearing (47) which can be dismounted , by raising turntable (60) so outer ring (46) is supported by ring bridge (40) allowing access to bearing (47) for cleaning. Drive console (90) containing turntable drive (91,92,93) is connected with elevating cradle (55) so is lifted with the cradle.
