The pressure sensor has a housing (1) provided with at least one electrical terminal and a pressure connection (2), coupled to a pressure source via a fixing device, receiving a hybrid component group with a pressure sensor element, e.g. a piezoresistive cell (5) and a carrier plate (8) provided with an associated electronic circuit. The hybrid component group is inserted in the housing from one side, the internal end face of the housing having an adhesive layer of defined thickness contained within an annular space (10) between 2 concentric stop contours (11,12), providing an annular adhesion surface for the carrier plate.
