MOUNTING SYSTEM OF OPTICAL FIBER BLOCK PACKAGE

PURPOSE: A mounting system of an optical fiber block package is provided to manufacture an optical fiber block or a fan-out block by applying various materials to each configuration part of a mounting device. CONSTITUTION: The mounting system of an optical fiber block package is mounted on a shelf(B). A V-groove chip is set on a wafer platform(10). The wafer platform(10) includes an optical fiber holder or a glass holder. The optical fiber holder or the glass holder arranges the glass or an optical fiber to an exact location. A ribbon location fixing stage(12) exactly arranges each optical fiber in a V-groove of the V-groove chip. Each optical fiber is coated by an epoxy resin and the coated optical fiber is put on a glass. A loading assembly(14) presses the glass down. An infrared ray light source(16) hardens the epoxy resin to obtain an optical fiber block package.
