<p>The invention discloses a new kind of polypeptide-HOMO mitochondria aspartate aminotransferase 37.29 and polynucleotide encoding_said polypeptide and a process for producing said polypeptide by DNA recombinant methods. It also discloses the method of applying the polypeptide for the treatment of various kinds of diseases, such as disease associated with protein metabolism disorder or saccarometabolic disturbance. Antagonist and the therapeutic use of the polypeptide is also disclosed. In addition, it refers to the use of polynucleotide encoding said HOMO mitochondria aspartate aminotransferase 37.29.</p> |
