Described herein are compounds having a base structure made up of an alkene or an aromatic group to which are bound two substituted vicinal amides containing one or more nitrogen atoms with basic characteristic and their pharmaceutically accpetable salts useful for the treatment of diseases that require the use of NK2 antagonists.
