PURPOSE: A plasma display panel is provided to keep a discharge starting voltage and an address voltage in minimization by improving arrangement of the front and rear electrodes, while maximizing distance width between the front electrodes. CONSTITUTION: A front substrate(11) and a rear substrate are arranged in parallel with a predetermined distance. A plurality of barrier ribs are formed on the rear substrate and rear electrodes are formed between the barrier ribs. A plurality of front electrodes(17) are formed cross over the rear electrodes at one side of the front substrate corresponding to the rear substrate. A dielectric layer(15) is formed on the front electrodes and a plurality of discharge cells are formed at intersection of the rear and front electrodes. Phosphor layers of R, G, and B are formed at part of the barrier ribs. Discharge gas is injected into the discharge space between the front substrate and rear substrate. At least one or more protrusion parts(20) are formed at part of the front electrodes so as to reduce distance width between the front electrodes in parts. |
